Reporting and Managing Illegal Dumping

ABSTRACT The increasing problem of illegal dumping has severe environmental and health consequences. To address this issue, we propose a web-based platform that enables citizens to report and file complaints of illegal dumping by sending photos or videos and the location of the dumped garbage/waste. The platform will also host events organized by NGOs focused on promoting a clean environment. This paper presents the design and development of the platform, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, and architecture. Our research aims to provide a comprehensive solution for effective waste management and promote community engagement in environmental conservation.
