Review Article on Nidanpanchak of Tamak Shwasa with Pathyaapthaya

ABSTRACT

Tamak Shwasa is a disease of respiratory system. In this disease Vata is Captured by the aavrana of kapha (Kapha Pradhan vataja vikar) and site of origin is pitta sthan. Here the vitiated pranvayu  producing bronchospasm & the vitiated kapha makes to swelling of the mucouse membrane and excessive secretion of mucous produced coryza, which increases respiratory rate resulting Dyspnoea. It is medical immergency in acute condition, if wrongly treated it’s get exacerbated & kill the patient as rapidly as snake- venom. By nidanapanchaka early & proper identification of tamaka shwasa and avoiding nidan  and following pathya it can be treat easily.
