Role of Homoeopathy in Alzheimer’s Disease

Author Name : Dr. Zaiba, Dr. Neha Pandey

ABSTRACT : Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder that affects millions of people worldwide. Despite significant advancements in understanding the pathophysiology of AD, current pharmacological interventions have shown limited success in halting or reversing the disease progression. This has led to an increasing interest in exploring alternative therapies, such as homoeopathy, as potential adjunct treatments. Homoeopathy, a holistic system of medicine, has been used for centuries to treat various ailments, including neurological disorders. Several studies have reported the beneficial effects of homoeopathic remedies on cognitive function, memory, and overall quality of life in AD patients. This article aims to explore the role of homoeopathy in Alzheimer’s disease. Homoeopathy may offer an alternative or complementary treatment option for AD patients seeking a holistic approach.
