Sentiment Analysis Using Nlp and Convolutional Neural Network for E-Commerce Product Reviews

ABSTRACT
The use of social media and e-commerce websites are very is popular in society with easy access to anyone as long as they have a supporting tool and internet connection, now people can put their opinions, reviews, and remarks from anywhere and anytime through their gadgets, because it is so easily accessible to all people from all walks of life and backgrounds can comment or create a status to comment on a product, event, or character. With the many contents of reviews and opinions related to products and services, especially for e-commerce products. The views, opinions, or reviews of each people are different, but the content is only limited by three positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. With the sentiment analysis, the manufacturer can visualize the demand of the product in the market or even can enhance the quality of the product as per opinions and sentiments. Consequently, this scheme is proposed using NLP and Convolutional Neural Network algorithm to classify sentiments automatically for e-commerce products; the performance results obtained an accuracy of 94% under the scheme.
