The project titled "Smart Skin Health Monitoring Using AI-enabled Cloud-based IoT" aims to develop a real-time system to monitor skin conditions and detect potential skin diseases. The system leverages IoT devices integrated with sensors, including a capacitive moisture sensor, SHT30 temperature and humidity sensor, BMP280 pressure sensor, DS18B20 temperature sensor, and an air quality sensor, to gather data about skin and environmental factors. These sensors provide critical insights into skin moisture levels, temperature, and environmental conditions that may affect skin health. The collected data is sent to AWS Cloud for storage and processing. AI and machine learning algorithms are employed to analyze the data, detect anomalies, and provide personalized insights. The system can recommend preventive measures, track skin health over time, and address skin issues common in underserved or tribal areas. The project aims to bridge the gap in healthcare by offering a cost-effective, portable, and accurate solution for skin monitoring. The prototype provides a foundation for future advancements, such as continuous monitoring through wearable sensors and early detection of skin diseases. This innovative project combines IoT, AI, and cloud technology to create a scalable and impactful solution for improving skin health and overall well-being.
