To avoid such problems' medication or reminder system is required which is able to facilitate individuals to require medicines on time by reminding them. Our good drugs box will prompt individuals to require medicines on time exploitation alarm, light, and message for adulthood individuals or World Health Organization square measure suffering with illness like blackout. Our good drugs box is predicated on the idea IOT (Internet of things). This paper describes the summary of good medicine box that act as helpful device to avoid non- compliance of drugs. It consists of a hardware box of compartments for a week (per day three time*7 days of week=21) additionally as humanoid application for informing the friend and various doctor whether or not patient take medicines ornot.
