Smart Solar Grass Cutter with Lawn Coverage

ABSTRACT

The objective of this paper is to design and implement a lawn mower that will mow the lawn in a faster, easier and more cost-effective way. The idea is to overcome the disadvantages of the existing traditional owing systems. This prototype aims to make a portable solar operated grass cutting device as there is a constant increase in the cost of fuel and power consumption. The vehicle motors and the grass cutter are interfaced to an Arduino that controls the working of all the motors. The device can be controlled using an android phone with installed Grass Cutter App constructed using MIT App Inventor.
