Stellarquakes – Typology and Magnitude

ABSTRACT Thisresearch is dealing with the new emerging discipline related to the so called “space seismology”, especially emphasizing to the study of so called stellarquakes. Using the diagram of H-R the classification of the fluid stars in general is adopted, than, the use of the methodology developed in early 30-tioes of XX century by C.F.Richter for the magnitude determination of earthquakes is applied to assess the magnitude of the stellarquakes occurring on the surfaces of fluid stars.
