Author Name : Vallisuseela R, Suguna M, Savidha P, Sivasangari K, Roshan Shafeeka M

ABSTRACT

The research explains how to compute stress assessments online for individuals. People can get online consultations using wireless technologies. The EEG signal is used to forecast people's mental stress. The patient's condition is predicted using a machine learning system. The project's goal is to use mind wave analysis to analyze stress and non-stress situations. When people reside at home, they are subjected to high levels of stress. The examination of the power spectrum the stress state will be utilized to anticipate people's mental behavior. Low alpha, high alpha, low beta, and high beta based signals will be used to analyze the stress situation. People are offered online counseling in order to lessen their mental stress behavior. Using the Neurosky Mind wave Headset, researchers measured attention under created stress circumstances and connected alpha and beta waves with attention. This research included 25 college students ranging in age from 19 to 23 years old. To quantify stress, extract the power of the wave between non-stress and stress circumstances, cause stress throughout the experiment, and produce a power output, the Strop color-word task and Mind play pro software were employed. The findings of the Incongruent Strop test revealed a drop in attention in male and female groups of 18.47 percent and 18.60 percent, respectively.
