Swissadme Predictions of Pharmacokinetics and Drug-Likeness Properties of Atenolol

ABSTRACT In the present paper Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism and Excretion (ADME) properties of Atenolol were presented employing Swiss ADME web tool. Atenolol obeys Lipinski’s rule of five which is specified as drug likeness test. ADME properties of atenolol were appreciated by operating with SwissADME which is simple, accurate and powerful method. Atenolol exhibited good brain penetration and good GIT absorption
