Teaching Effectiveness of Secondary Education Student Teachers

ABSTRACT Teaching  effectiveness  among  secondary  student  teachers  plays   a  crucial  role  in  shaping  the  academic  and  personal  growth  of  students.  This  study  says  that  influence  the  effectiveness   of  student  teachers   during  their  training  and  practice  sessions.  It  focuses  on  their  pedagogical  skills,  subject  knowledge,  classroom  management,  communication  abilities  and  use  of  teaching  aids  and  technology.  The  research  also  examines  how mentor  support,  teaching  environment,  and  student engagement  impact  their  performance.  The  study  highlights  the need  for  well-structured  training  programs  to prepare  student  teachers  from  real  classroom  challenges  and  ensure  quality  education  at  the  secondary  level.
