The Relationship Between Hr Analytics and Employee Performance Appraisal

ABSTRACT: This research paper investigates the role of HR analytics in optimizing employee performance appraisal processes. It explores the perceptions of employees, HR professionals, and organizational leaders regarding the integration of HR analytics into performance appraisal systems, as well as the associated benefits, challenges, and implications for employee motivation and satisfaction. A mixed-methods approach is employed, utilizing a structured survey questionnaire for quantitative data collection and thematic analysis for qualitative insights. The findings contribute to the understanding of how HR analytics can enhance the accuracy, objectivity, and effectiveness of performance appraisal practices, ultimately leading to improved organizational performance and employee outcomes.
