The main objective of the study is to analyse the impact of Recruitment and Select in on the organizational Performance. The Recruitment and Select in Process in held in the organization to hire the employees against vacant position. HR department is responsible for the Recruitment and Selection process. The Primary data is collected through Questioner and forwarded to the employees of the airtel, snowball method of sampling is used to collect the data. The secondary data is collected from the internet through publications and the past data available on Recruitment and selection process in airtel as reference data to establish the outcome. ANOVA single factor is used to find the relation between the Recruitment & selection and Organizational Performance and the positive impact is found. The positive impact increases the existence and efficiency of the organization. Key Words: Recruitment &Selection, HR, Organization, Organizational Performance, Airtel.
