ABSTRACT Families parenting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) face high parental stress, financial strain, and complex family dynamics. While family resilience is crucial for adaptation, a comprehensive synthesis of its determinants remains limited and less explored. Understanding protective and risk factors can inform targeted support strategies for families with children with autism spectrum disorder. This Integrative review analyzes 15 empirical studies published between 2010 and 2024, following PRISMA guidelines.
