Volumetric Analysis of a Fluid Using Analog and Digital Sensor
Author Name : Varshini.C, Thejaswini.B.M
ABSTRACT
In this project , we want to obtain a precise volume delivery of liquid . This can be achieved by regulating a few of the electromechanical components in a closed loop system . In this closed loop system, we need to make sure no additional pressure is applied to a device as well as the human body, and an accurate volume of dialysate is supplied in consistently as per the prescription . By continuously monitoring the pressure on the input line with a pressure sensor , we are able to provide an accurate volumetric fluid flow. The microcontroller receives the data read from the pressure sensor as input, and the microcontrollers generates the necessary control signal that is connected to the actuator. This closed loop is formed using a 32-bit microcontroller, embedded C based Free RTOS, a pressure sensor, and a pump.
