Work-life Balance in Marketing Field

ABSTRACT Work-life balance has emerged as a significant concern in the modern corporate world, especially in the marketing field where employees face constant pressure to meet targets, handle client demands, and adapt to dynamic market trends. This study focuses on understanding the work-life balance of employees in the marketing sector and how it impacts their productivity, job satisfaction, mental health, and overall well-being. The research also highlights the role of organizations in providing flexible work arrangements, stress management programs, and supportive workplace policies to ensure a healthy work-life balance. The findings reveal that maintaining a proper balance between professional and personal life not only enhances employee performance but also reduces turnover rates and increases organizational commitment. The study provides suggestions for HR policies that promote work-life balance in the marketing field.
